A Hybrid OPA and Fuzzy MARCOS Methodology for Sustainable Supplier Selection with Technology 4.0 Evaluation

The concern of sustainable supplier selection has been raised recently in organizations’ decision making to enhance their competitiveness. Many tools have developed support evaluation, yet the factors Industry 4.0 (I4.0) ignored despite impact on performance. Hence, this paper aims include technology I4.0 as criteria evaluate competence suppliers sustainability. Multiple-criteria (MCDM) used build decision-making systems; thus, study employed two advanced methods MCDM, ordinal priority approach (OPA) and measurement alternatives ranking according compromise solution (MARCOS) a fuzzy environment. To test feasibility proposal, five manufacturers Vietnam’s leather footwear industry were hypothetically assigned. Firstly, evaluation weighted by OPA. Then, was determined MARCOS. results show that “green image”, product innovation”, “cloud computing”, “service level”, “blockchain” are topmost significant evaluating practices supply chain from perspective. Furthermore, sensitivity comparison analyses carried out verify robustness methodology. outcomes contribute new model with respect involvement sustainability I4.0.
